AOG Energy Next Generation program goal is to attract a diverse range of under and post grad students from recognised institutions renowned for their courses in subjects such as engineering and business. The Next Generation program will provide an opportunity for students to connect with industry leaders, build their network, learn about a range of energy careers and engage in insightful industry discussions about the pivotal role energy plays in the future of society.

As the industry’s largest annual gathering of more than 6,500 current energy industry professionals, the AOG Energy conference program provides access to listen to over 150 inspiring thought leaders, and an abundance of potential employers to meet on the exhibition floor, and a focused one hour networking event between students and potential employers.

This year we are also excited to welcome schools from Year 6 to the event. We look forward to introducing the energy industry to them in an enjoyable and interactive environment.

The Next Generation program will close the show this year with a Future Leaders session, with a group of young industry stars discussing their professional experiences and ambitions for the future.
