Formally known as the Australasian Oil & Gas Exhibition & Conference, AOG Energy is the premier oil, gas and energy event in Australasia. Held annually in Perth, Western Australia – AOG Energy brings together the entire supply chain for a showcase of local opportunities and future capabilities.  

Visitors to AOG Energy can explore products and solutions spanning from New Energy, Drilling & Completions, Subsea & Marine, Automation & Digital Technology, Asset Integrity and Health & Safety.  

AOG Energy will be held at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, located at 21 Mounts Bay Rd, Perth.

AOG Energy is a business event and not open to the public. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance. We suggest you bring along a business card, invoice or company documentation along with personal identification such as a drivers licence or passport. Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have an appropriate student identity card.

Visitors need to pre-register online to attend AOG Energy free of charge.

Tertiary students and graduates are welcome to attend AOG Energy. Please bring your student identity card.

Persons under the age of 15 are not permitted to attend the exhibition due to the nature of some of the exhibits on display. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to under 15s.

The car park located at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre fills up quickly during AOG Energy, below are some alternatives:

Pre-book with Wilson Parking, the car park with direct footbridge access to PCEC is Westralia Square on 141 St Georges Tce.  For bookings visit Wilson Parking.

Yes, once registered you are welcome to visit the show as many times as you like. Please keep hold of your registration badge for re-entry.

Most visitors will require a Visa to enter Australia. Applications need to be made well in advance at the Australian Consulate in your own country or in some cases can be made online. For more information visit the Department of Home Affairs website.

It is not our company policy to provide invitation letters to visitors wishing to attend our shows. For more information on what to do you are best to visit the Department of Home Affairs website.

Registration

Yes all delegates are required to provide a photo in advance of attending the event. This is important for both the events security and an efficient registration process onsite. Please also bring personal ID, such as drivers license or passport.

All attendees will need to register online here.

Once you register online you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a QR code. Use this QR code to present when you arrive to the venue to pick up your badge. The badge gives you free entry to the exhibition on all show days.

Replacement badges can be collected at the registration counter.

Events

To purchase networking event tickets visit the AOG Energy registration page or log back into your AOG Energy account via the link in your confirmation email. Simply select and pay for the events you would like to attend. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your booking.

No refunds will be issued for networking events. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. All “no shows” will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

The dress code for most events and on the exhibition floor is business casual. Business uniforms are acceptable at all events.
