Where is the Exhibition being held?
AOG will be held at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The exhibition centre is located at 21 Mounts Bay Rd, Perth.
Who can attend the Australasian Oil & Gas Exhibition & Conference?
AOG is a business event and not open to the public. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance. We suggest you bring along business card, invoice or company documentation along with personal identification such as a drivers licence or passport. Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have an appropriate student identity card.
How can I attend AOG Exhibition & Conference for free?
Visitors are encouraged to pre-register online to attend the AOG Exhibition & Conference free of charge.
What are the opening hours of the Exhibition?
Wed 14 Mar 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thu 15 Mar 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Fri 16 Mar 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Is there a charge for visiting the Exhibition?
AOG is free to all industry professionals if you register online.
I am a student, am I able to attend the event?
Tertiary Students and Graduates are welcome to attend AOG. Please bring your student identity card.
Can I bring children?
Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend the exhibition due to the nature of some of the exhibits on display. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to under 16s.

Am I allowed to visit the Exhibition more than once?
Yes, once registered you are welcome to visit the show as many times as you like. Please keep hold of your registration badge for re-entry.
Do I need a visa for Australia?
Most visitors will require a Visa to enter Australia. Applications need to be made well in advance at the Australian Consulate in your own country or in some cases can be made online. For more information visit the Australian Government Immigration site at www.immi.gov.au
How do I register to attend the event?
Registration for AOG 2018 will open in November, 2017.

What happens when I register?
Once you register you will receive a confirmation email and code, which you will use to print off your visitor badge on the day. The badge gives you free entry to the exhibition on all show days.
What have I registered for?
Your event details will be highlighted on the confirmation email which should have been sent directly after registration was completed.

What happens if I don't have my badge before the show or forget to bring it with me?
Replacement badges can be collected at the registration counter.
Can you resend my confirmation?
To have your confirmation email resent please login to the registration system using your email and password (set up during initial registration) and request a resend.
How do I buy tickets to an event?
To purchase networking event tickets visit the AOG Registration page and simply select and pay for the events you would like to attend. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your booking.

Can I cancel my event booking?
No refunds will be issued for networking events. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. All “no shows” will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for most events is business casual. Business uniforms are acceptable at all events.
