Mrs Zhuang Ye is highly experienced professional with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. With over 16 years of global experience, she has made significant contributions in various roles through her career.
Mrs Ye spent 10 years of her career at Baker Hughes, a leading energy technology company. During her tenure, she held multiple positions and demonstrated her expertise in different aspects of the industry. Her most recent role at Baker Hughes was leading the global Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) division for the Oilfield Services and Equipment (OFSE). In this capacity, she played a crucial role in ensuring the safety and environment compliance of the company’s operations.
Prior to her HSE leadership role, Mrs. Ye served as the leader of the Oilfield Services (OFS) business in North Asia. This position involved overseeing the company's operations and strategic initiatives in the region. Additionally, she held the role of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) Key Account Leader for Baker Hughes, a significant responsibility that involved managing and nurturing the relationship between the two organizations.
Mrs Zhuang Ye holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
