Tom has 25 years’ industry experience across exploration, development, production, and decommissioning sectors of the upstream business in Australia, UK, Norway, Ireland, Denmark and the Netherlands. His roles have included leading multi-disciplinary teams to enhance production, improve well integrity management and deliver large decommissioning projects. Tom holds a BSc (Hons.) in Engineering (Chemical) from RMIT University in Melbourne.
