Reidar Eikeland is one of the founders of ConditionALL, where he currently works as CTO. He is a process engineer that graduated in Bergen 2003. Valves became important from early days in the career. A field of interest that moved from sales and engineering to diagnostic of valves. His valve diagnostic experience is gathered from polar to tropical places all over the world, but the North Sea in Norway is his home.
