Lara has worked in the offshore energy sector since 2008 and has worked across various areas including crewing, commercial contracts, industrial relations, maritime traineeships and training, project management, stakeholder engagement and workforce development consultancy .In recent years, Lara's work has been focused on the workforce transition into the renewables sector from fossil fuel industries as well as social impact assessments and renewables training programs.
