Kristian is Counsel in Clifford Chance's Dispute Resolution and Risk Management group. Kristian's practice focuses on resolving construction disputes on major projects across the energy transition, resources, building, and infrastructure sectors. His experience extends to all major forms of dispute resolution, with recent experience in arbitration (including as advocate) under the ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, and ACICA rules; domestic arbitration; litigation; adjudication; and mediation. Kristian also assists owners, contractors, and consultants with contract and claims management and dispute avoidance.
