Francis is CEO and Managing Director of CODA, a role he has held since CODA's establishment as an independent not for profit organisation in 2020. Prior to his role with CODA he spent 5 years as general manager with NERA which followed a 30 year career in a global engineering services business.
Francis holds a MSc in project management and a PhD in management
