Demi has been working in subsea construction since 2014 in both office based and offshore roles across major pipeline projects. Since starting as an intern within the industry, Demi has noticed a decrease in attraction to the industry from the young talent pool, and as someone who focuses on industry learnings to reduce risk, is worried that the valuable knowledge of the aging workforce is not being transferred.
