Daniswara Krisna Prabatha

Pertamina (Persero)

Daniswara is a Process Engineer working for Pertamina, Indonesia's largest state-owned energy company. Currently, he holds the position of Engineer Offsite & Product Distribution. In this role, he has achieved remarkable results and innovations, which have been recognized through various awards. He received the prestigious Dharmakarya Award from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and was also awarded the Silver Medal by the Green Organization for his contribution to the development of environmentally friendly ships' fuel production in Indonesia. In addition, just recently, Daniswara became a technical speaker at the World Petroleum Conference 2023 held in the city of Calgary, Canada.

In addition to his current position, he also serves as the Act. Engineer of the Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit, a key driver unit in Pertamina that produces high RON gasoline for Indonesia's main fuel products. In this role, he has played a significant role in the selection of cost-effective and efficient FCC catalysts, contributing to Pertamina's biggest dream of achieving self-sufficiency in catalyst supply.

Driven by his passion for personal growth, he continues his doctoral studies at Airlangga University and conducts further research on CSR activities at Pertamina. His research has revealed that the leadership style of "Local Hero" is the most efficient and suitable for CSR activities in Indonesian society, and this leadership style is currently being implemented at Pertamina RU III Plaju.
