Speaker Profile

Andrew has been involved in the Energy industry for the last 20 years. He holds a Masters and a PhD in civil engineering from the University of Dundee and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology. He started out as a geotechnical design engineer, honing his skills with Technip, before moving to Subsea 7. He has worked in both the renewable and oil and gas industries and has been exposed to an assortment of different projects and challenges that has provided him with a range of different insights and experiences. Andrew has held a variety of different roles, including engineering manager, package manager, operations lead and more recently he has taken up the role of Field Development Study Manager for Subsea7 Australia.
