Jacky was appointed as Vice President People & Global Capability in July 2017. Jacky is a HR professional with over 20 years of experience across Australia, New Zealand, Africa, the Middle East and Turkey. In her current role Jacky is responsible for building executive leadership, maximising employee performance and managing change within the organisation.
Chris Watts is the general manager of Human Resources for Chevron Australia. Watts is responsible for people services including: recruitment; onboarding, remuneration and benefits administration, organisational leadership development, industrial relations and medical services.
Watts joined Chevron Australia in 2007 as the Organisational Capability and Development Manager. Since then, he has held numerous positions in the United States, including Human Resources Manager for Chevron Information Technology Company and Human Resources Manager for Chevron Oronite where he had accountability for a global workforce spanning across North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

Maria is President APAC for BHGE, based in Singapore. She assumed this position with the primary goal to ensure BHGE delivers value to its Customers, across the various product lines (fullstream), while expanding its footprint and capabilities in the region to ensure the right level of operational excellence.
Trish was an experienced hire to Shell in 2005. Since joining Shell, Trish has been Shell Trading HR Manager based in Calgary, EPW Regional Policy Manager based in Houston, Shell Albian Sands HR Manager based in Fort McMurray, VP HR Continuous Improvement based in the Hague, Netherlands,and VP HR Canada Operations based in Calgary, Canada.
Prior to joining Shell, Trish held HR generalist and OE specialist roles based in Calgary in theenergy and chemicals sectors, aswell as a global IT Talent role for a major chemicals company based in London, UK. In her early career, Trish worked for a large consultancy focused on HR and Business Process Improvement projects.
Trish is a graduate of the University of Calgary’s MBA and Bachelor of Commerce programs.
