Ty is an education practitioner, who came into training and education with a simple philosophy of making teachers better at helping students to learn. This philosophy has grown, supporting industry workforce development needs, and supporting clients in meeting their organisational and sector wide, future skilling needs. With 20+ years of experience in the Adult Education and Training sector, with much of that time leading teams and managing training programs in University, Private and State based (TAFE) training organisations. Ty’s most recent role is leading the business development team at South Metropolitan TAFE as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Ty’s focus to be a fast follower, staying in touch with industry and community workforce development trends and creating solutions to meet their current and future skills needs.
