Bernadette is the Deloitte Australia Energy, Resources and Industrials Industry Leader and Energy & Chemicals Sector Leader. She has experience working across the oil, gas LNG, chemicals and resources value chains. Her work spans the end-to-end project life-cycle including the design, build, operations and decommissioning phases. 
Bernadette supports Australian and international energy and resources companies to improve business performance, implement growth strategies and actively lead in the energy transition.
Bernadette is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, President and Life Member of the Energy Club of Western Australia, member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Member of Chief Executive Women.
Throughout her career Bernadette has held senior roles in the energy and resources industry including with Exxon Company International, Esso Singapore and Accenture.
She has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering.
