What’s my age again? Cultivating a future without bias.

Today’s workplace is multi-faceted, multi-generational and everchanging. The attraction, retention and development strategies for the different generations are challenges facing organisations. Each generation has differing needs, aspirations, outlooks, and different life experiences. How do we leverage these differences and create a climate of inclusion and mutual respect? Leveraging generational differences can be a competitive advantage but can only be achieved by understanding and accommodating for them.

This panel will discuss the concept of generational diversity, intergenerational collaboration, lifelong learning, career transitions, mentorship and ageism. It will outline some strategies that can be applied to integrate rather than segregate the different generations.

We are pleased to welcome Susan Kreemer Pickford from Engineers Australia as our MC, Robyn Collard and Tryse Rioli to conduct our welcome to country, and Grace Molloy from our community partner Menopause Friendly Australia to do an address.
