Safehouse Australia complete local takeover

A message from AOG Energy exhibitor Safehouse Australia.

Safehouse Australia are extremely happy to announce the successful management buy out of the Safehouse Australia business from Starn Group UK by the local leadership team in Australia with the support of Mike Garty, the original founder of Safehouse in Scotland. With the takeover of the Australian business comes full control of the Asia Pacific region and our existing partner network in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, the Philippines and Thailand.

Our long-term management team in Australia of Trevor Yates, Wayne Beare and Olie Back will maintain their existing roles while now also serving as Directors and shareholders with the freedom to take the Safehouse business forward in ways that best suit the Asia-Pacific region. Mike will join the team as Chairman of the Board, bringing immense experience and industry knowledge.

Our existing and prospective clients can expect the same high-quality service and attention to detail that we have always provided, but with our renewed focus on the Asia-Pacific region there will be some significant improvements in the products and services we offer.

This is an extremely exciting time for our whole team, as Safehouse Australia can now move forward as a majority Australian owned business.
