Proudly bought to you by Australian Institute for Non-Destructive Testing (AINDT), The Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA), Norwegian Technology Partners and the Society for Petroleum Engineers (SPE WA), the Knowledge Forum provides a platform to educate and inform through carefully curated technical sessions to help address the current challenges and opportunities.

FAQ

When will I find out if I’m successful?

  • All submissions will be reviewed by our conference committees and will be informed after the closing date whether they are successful or not.

Is there a fee for being a presenter?

  • Please note that AOG Energy event organisers, Diversified Communications Australia, don’t pay speaker fees or cover costs of travel, nor do we charge speakers to present.

I need to make an amend after I have submitted my paper, what do I do?

Can I submit multiple papers to be considered?

  • Yes, you can. Once you have created your account in the Speaker Portal you can submit multiple papers under different topics and forums.

Why do you need my headshot for submission?

  • If successful, your headshot will be used on the AOG Energy website to help promote your presentation. If you are unsuccessful, your personal details including your headshot will be archived in a digitally safe way.

When do you need a copy of my presentation?

  • If successful, you will receive further instructions on when we need your presentation. This will become available to you closer to the event date.

My case study has two authors, can we still submit?

  • Yes, please ensure that both author details are outlined in the biography section of your submission. We will contact you if we need further information.

I’ve been selected as a speaker; do I still need to register to attend AOG Energy?

  • No need, your contact form you completed at the time of submission covers this for you.
