Where is the Exhibition being held?

AOG 2017 will be held at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.

 

The exhibition centre is located at 21 Mounts Bay Rd, Perth.

How can I attend the 2017 event for free?

Visitors are encouraged to pre-register online to attend the AOG Exhibition free of charge.

Is there a charge for visiting the Exhibition?

A $20 charge will apply to exhibition visitors who have not pre-registered. We encourage visitors to register online prior to visiting the exhibition to avoid paying at the door.

Who can attend the Australasian Oil & Gas Exhibition & Conference?

AOG is a business event and not open to the public. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance. We suggest you bring along business card, invoice or company documentation along with personal identification such as a drivers licence or passport. Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have an appropriate student identity card.

I am a student, am I able to attend the event?

Tertiary Students and Graduates are welcome to attend AOG. Please bring your student identity card.

Can I bring children?

Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend the exhibition due to the nature of some of the exhibits on display. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to under 16s.

Am I allowed to visit the Exhibition more than once?

Yes, once registered you are welcome to visit the show as many times as you like. Please keep hold of your registration badge for re-entry.

Do I need a visa for Australia?

Most visitors will require a Visa to enter Australia. Applications need to be made well in advance at the Australian Consulate in your own country or in some cases can be made online. For more information visit the Australian Government Immigration site at www.immi.gov.au

The organisers of the event are Diversified Communications Australia, who are one of the leading exhibition organisers in Australia.

What happens when I register?

Once you register you will receive a confirmation email and code, which you will use to print off your visitor badge on the day. The badge gives you free entry to the exhibition on all show days.

What happens if I don’t receive my badge before the show or forget to bring it with me?

Replacement badges can be collected at the registration counter.

What have I registered for?

Your event details will be highlighted on the confirmation email which should have been sent directly after registration was completed.

Can you resend my confirmation?

To have your confirmation email resent please login to the registration system using your email and password (set up during initial registration) and request a resend.

Can you resend my invoice?

You can request an invoice to be resent by contacting aog@divevents.com.au

I have registered for the exhibition, but would like to purchase conference/event tickets?

To purchase networking or conference event tickets please login to the registration system using your email and password (set up during initial registration). A table of all events and conference sessions is available to make your selection and payment.

How do I buy tickets to an event?

To purchase networking event tickets visit the AOG Registration page and simply select and pay for the events you would like to attend. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your booking.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for most events is business casual; the only exception is the Official Dinner which is lounge suit. Business uniforms are acceptable at all events.

Can I cancel my event booking?

No refunds will be issued for networking events. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. All “no shows” will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
